Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

About the Owner
Mike and Kelly grew up in western NC and love the Appalachians. We visited Great Smoky Mountain National Park after getting back into hiking in recent years and just had to find a place big enough to bring the family (including our 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren).
